What to do when an Operator is Online

You have three options when an Operator is online

  • Get Online Help
  • Register an Incident
  • Or Browse an Incident
  1. Get Online Help - Click on the button above. This will open a new window, click on Option 1. Get Online Help, this will start a Help session and will alert an operator that you are waiting for assistance.
  2. Register an Incident - Click on the button above. This will open a new window, click on Option 2. Register Incident, fill in the required information on the form presented and then click on the Send. A new incident will then be registered for an Operator to investigate. Please keep a note of the Incident ID/Number as you will require this for further assistance or updates. Please note: This option does not alert an Operator that you waiting for immediate assistance.
  3. Browse an Incident - Click on the button above. This will open a new window, enter the incident number and your email address and click on the Send button. You can now browse for updates, add further notes or request immediate assistance.

Please Note: Incident Numbers are case sensitive if entered incorrectly your incident will not be displayed.

What to do when an Operator is Offline

If you have one of our 24/7 Support Packages please call our Helpdesk on 01235 429800 for one of our Operators to assist you, otherwise follow the steps below.

You have three options when an Operator is offline

  • Leave a Message
  • Register an Incident
  • Or Browse an Incident
  1. Leave a Message - Click on the button above. This will open a new window, click on Option 1. Leave your message, fill in the required information and then click on Send. This will send a message for an Operator to attend to when they are back Online.
  2. Register an Incident - Click on the button above. This will open a new window, click on Option 2. Register Incident, fill in the required information on the form presented and then click on the Send. A new incident will then be registered for an Operator to investigate. Please keep a note of the Incident ID/Number as you will require this for further assistance or updates. Please note: This option does not alert an Operator that you waiting for immediate assistance.
